Eating correctly or eating healthy on a regular basis is always a challenge. We live in a day and age where time is limited and the typical lifestyle necessary to make ends meet leaves little time to manage normal daily activities. Sometimes "urgencies" run the day, and something as simple as planning a meal can get easily sidetracked. Our lessons on "DIET" appreciates what the average person has to deal with. That's why we broke up the initial training module into 17 mini-lessons totaling almost 40 hours. The GOAL is to "little by little" learn and apply small bits of information and turn it into sustainable action.
Also included in this section will be lessons on nutrition, detox cleansing and natural remedies to improve and prevent common sickness. Your body knows how to heal, you just need to apply the knowledge. Below are some sample lessons:
